Noblessner Marina was opened in 2010, it is located between the Mine Harbour and Seaplane Harbour. The water area of \u200b\u200bthe port is safely protected from the waves by two breakwaters.
\nThe Marina has a total of seven floating berths with 246 berths, in addition to berths up to 30 meters. Up to 150 more berths will be added in the coming years.<\/p>\n

The Noblessner district is Tallinn\u2019s first district with human-friendly planning that is open to the sea. It contains the industrial buildings of the historic submarine factory, a public square and a new residential districts of spectacular architecture. It\u2019s the only marina in the city centre where you can admire a sunset standing on the quay! The district and the marina are developing rapidly. Operating here is one of Estonia\u2019s most successful sailing schools, NYC Sailing School.
