As the first stage of the real estate development in Noblessner, BLRT Grupp in cooperation with Merko Ehitus put up four residential buildings with beautiful views right at the seafront, providing for more than 200 apartments and almost 3700 square metres of commercial and business space. The first of the buildings, Estonia’s nearest to the sea, was completed by the end of 2017. The rest of the buildings were finished by the end of 2018.
Next to Noblessner Marina, there will soon be five buildings with spacious balconies. Each building is designed to accommodate 25–35 apartments and nearly 400 m² of business space. Those buildings will form an ensemble with the old industrial buildings of Noblessner and the modern new apartment houses on Staapli street.
In addition to that, the building to be constructed at Allveelaeva 4. The facility will accommodate 148 apartments and more than 1000 square metres of commercial space. The homes will have higher-than-average ceilings and windows down to the floor level. Apartments of the higher floors will include spacious roof terraces. There will be a courtyard with a playground and garden in the middle of the building. The 1−4-room apartments will be sized between 30 and 100 square metres.
