Noblessner Marina was opened in 2010, it is located between the Mine Harbour and Seaplane Harbour. The water area of the port is safely protected from the waves by two breakwaters.
The Marina has a total of six floating berths with 192 berths, in addition to berths up to 30 meters. Up to 200 more berths will be added in the coming years.

The Noblessner district is Tallinn’s first district with human-friendly planning that is open to the sea. It contains the industrial buildings of the historic submarine factory, a public square and a new residential districts of spectacular architecture. It’s the only marina in the city centre where you can admire a sunset standing on the quay! The district and the marina are developing rapidly. Operating here is one of Estonia’s most successful sailing schools, NYC Sailing School. Right next to the marina are the Kai Art Centre, the whole family center PROTO Invention Factory, Põhjala Brewery and various restaurants such as the Põhjala Tap Room, Kampai, Lore Bistroo and the fine dining 180 Degrees Restaurant.
