The Noblessner district is Tallinn’s first district with human-friendly planning that is open to the sea. It contains the industrial buildings of the historic submarine factory, a public square and a new residential district of spectacular architecture. It’s the only marina in the city centre where you can admire a sunset standing on the quay! The district and the marina are developing rapidly. Operating here is one of Estonia’s most successful sailing schools, NYC Sailing School. Right next to the marina are the Kai Art Centre, the whole family centre PROTO Invention Factory, Põhjala Brewery and various restaurants such as the Põhjala Tap Room, Patarei Burger, Kampai, Lore Bistroo and the fine dining 180 Degrees Restaurant.
