As the first stage of the real estate development in Noblessner, BLRT Grupp in cooperation with Merko Ehitus and PLUSS Architects put up four residential buildings with beautiful views right at the seafront, providing for 198 apartments and almost 3700 square metres of commercial and business space. The first of the buildings, Estonia’s nearest to the sea, was completed by the end of 2017. The rest of the buildings were finished by the end of 2018.
In the next phase of the development, five buildings with spacious balconies were constructed on Vesilennuki Street, next to the Noblessner marina. The buildings include a total of 159 apartments and about 400 m² of commercial space, designed by KOKO Architects. Those buildings form an ensemble with the old industrial buildings of Noblessner and the modern new apartment houses on Staapli street.
Additionally, a residential building with a total of 148 apartments and approximately 1,100 m² of commercial space has been built at Allveelaeva 4. The homes in this building, designed by the PLUSS Architects, feature higher-than-average ceilings and windows down to the floor level. Apartments of the higher floors include spacious roof terraces. There is a courtyard with a playground and garden in the middle of the building.
The construction of the residential building at Allveelaeva 2 will begin soon.
