Noblessner Home Port
Today, the construction of building Allveelaeva 2 at Noblessner is underway, which is set to be completed at the beginning of 2027. More information about the apartments and commercial spaces available there can be found here.
Through the collaboration of BLRT and Merko, over 500 apartments and several commercial spaces have been built in Noblessner. The first phase of the development, completed in 2019, included four residential and commercial buildings in the Staapli quarter, designed by the PLUSS Architects and EEOO Studio, comprising a total of 198 apartments and 17 commercial spaces.
In the next phase, five spacious buildings with large balconies were constructed on Vesilennuki Street, adjacent to the Noblessner harbor, totaling 159 apartments and nearly 400 m² of commercial space. These buildings were designed by the KOKO Architects and studio ARGUS.
In 2024, the residential building at Allveelaeva 4 was completed, featuring a total of 148 apartments and approximately 1100 m² of commercial space. Designed by the PLUSS Architects, these homes feature higher-than-average ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, with spacious rooftop terraces for the upper-floor apartments. The building includes a courtyard with a playground and private gardens.
