Noblessner Home Port
As the first stage of the real estate development in Noblessner, BLRT Grupp in cooperation with Merko Ehitus put up four residential buildings with beautiful views right at the seafront, providing for more than 200 apartments and almost 3700 square metres of commercial and business space. The first of the buildings, Estonia’s nearest to the sea, was completed by the end of 2017. The rest of the buildings were finished by the end of 2018. The architectural solution for the buildings and public space has been created by PLUSS Architects
