He has created and led several renowned restaurants, represented Estonia in the Bocuse d’Or world final and brought the restaurant SMAK into the Michelin Guide. His vision, dedication and deep respect for ingredients form a strong foundation for the entire La Prima Restaurants culinary philosophy.
