Kai Art Center is a contemporary art center located at the seaside Noblessner harbor complex in Tallinn, Estonia. A century-old former secret submarine plant now serves as a space for exhibitions, the art house cinema Sõprus, an international residency program, and a co-working office for cultural organizations. Kai produces two to three large-scale exhibitions a year and hosts international researchers and curators year-round. Recent projects include solo exhibitions by Flo Kasearu, Shezad Dawood, Merike Estna, Patricia Piccinini, Shoplifter, Tuomas A. Laitinen and Kristina Õllek among many others. Since opening in 2019, Kai has become a preeminent contemporary art institution in the Baltics.

Kai Art Center was founded by the Estonian Contemporary Art Development Center (ECADC), a nonprofit contemporary art organization that supports contemporary Estonian art and helps to make it more internationally visible.
