Kai Art Center is the cultural heart of the seaside Noblessner Estate in Tallinn. In a century-old former submarine plant, visitors will encounter contemporary art exhibitions by both local and international artists and a cinema. There is also a co-working space with rental premises and an international residency program.
Kai Art Center was opened in September 2019, and the center’s work is organized by the Estonian Contemporary Art Development Center.
On the first floor of the building you can find Temnikova and Kasela Gallery
