CONSTRUCTION OF NEW APARTMENT BUILDING WILL BEGIN IN NOBLESSNER
An apartment building accommodating 148 apartments and 11 commercial spaces and featuring a spacious courtyard will be completed at the end of 2023 in Noblessner as part of the joint development project of BLRT Grupp and Merko.
The six-storey apartment house with commercial spaces at Allveelaeva 4 (merko.ee/allveelaeva) will be the next new building in Noblessner. The excellently situated house with large roof terraces, higher-than-average ceilings and windows down to the floor level will contain one- to three-bedroom apartments sized between 28 and 104 square metres.
‘In comparison with the new buildings under construction on Vesilennuki and Lennusadama streets in Noblessner, apartments in the Allveelaeva building will be rather smaller. Such residential spaces will be perfect for a well-located city home or even a home office,’ said Tiit Kuusik, board member of Kodusadam OÜ. ‘It’s right next to Noblessner Marina, which will certainly be a strong argument for boat or yacht owners,’ he added.
The new apartments and commercial spaces in Noblessner are developed by Kodusadam OÜ, a shared venture between BLRT Grupp and Merko Ehitus Eesti.
The architecture of the building at Allveelaeva 4 was created by PLUSS architects, who have also designed the outdoor areas and the first modern residential and commercial buildings in Noblessner. The Allveelaeva house is a continuation of the enjoyable and friendly style. The interior design has been provided by EEOO Studio. The clients will be offered a choice between six interior finishing packages.
Parking will be situated on Floor 1 and the underground floor of the Allveelaeva building, which allows the ground level to be reserved for the playground and cosy courtyard. The house will be completed at the end of 2023.
